Lars Janols
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
With extensive experience in the Norwegian space industry, he leverages his technological and commercial background, leadership experience, and international network to support the Nordic region’s growth and competitiveness in the space sector.
Lars has worked in senior commercial positions at Telenor Satellite (Space Norway) and as Interim Manager in the telecom industry. He has established and operated small businesses across Germany, Sweden and Norway. Early in his career he worked as Management Consultant for start-ups in Germany, and as Sourcing Manager in the Swedish defence industry.

Bjørn Ottar Elseth
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
His experience spans satellite operations, Earth observation, space transportation, technology, procurement of satellites and launch services, industrial policy, and has served as Norwegian delegate to ESA within space transportation, technology, industrial policy and exploration. He was also instrumental in establishing ESA BIC Norway, supporting the development of a new generation of Norwegian space companies.
Bjørn Ottar has worked across the space sector since the 1990s, with experience from Fokker Space (Dutch Space), the European Space Agency (ESA), Norwegian Computing Center, Telenor Satellite (Space Norway), and the Norwegian Space Agency. He has led initiatives within global risk and crisis management, hydrogen and energy technology.
